The Journey to You (Shipping)
"Each piece is nestled in recycled and compostable materials to ensure its safe passage from my studio on Bundjalung Country to your home. Because I balance my studio time with the needs of my two young sons, I typically ship orders once or twice a week. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your piece begins its journey."
Caring for your Vessel
"Handmade ceramics carry the memory of the hands that formed them. To honor the longevity of your piece, I recommend hand-washing with gentle, natural soaps. While most of my functional ware is food-safe, these vessels prefer a slower pace—please avoid the harsh environment of a dishwasher or microwave to prevent thermal shock to the clay."
For Embodied Soul Pieces
"These are sacred objects. I suggest placing them out of direct, harsh sunlight and cleaning only with a soft, dry cloth or a damp natural sponge. Treat them as you would any heirloom; with a gentle hand and a quiet space. REFUND
You may be entitled to a refund for the item you have purchased if the item is:
(a) faulty and the defect or fault was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or it was not apparent in the item photos before purchase; or
(b) not 'of merchantable quality', meaning it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, keeping in mind the way the item is described, the the materials used, and the price of the item;
and you return the item within 14 days of the marked postage date and please provide proof of purchase.We have the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause the fault in the item. Please provide us with photographs of the item with original packaging to be entitled to your refund of the item(s) purchase price.Thank you CHANGE OF MINDWe do not facilitate refunds on items based on change of mind.EXCHANGEWe do not facilitate exchange of item based on change of mind. Your refund will be processed once we receive your return package and you will receive a conformation email. Your order will be shipped via Australia Post, unless requested otherwise by yourself via enquiry (I can offer shipping via an Art Courier on request). Items that are made to order will be shipped once finished. One-off items will be shipped within 3 days. Both standard and Express shipping methods are available at checkout. FOR PRE-ORDER SHIPPING, leading time is 4-6 weeks to make your order, you will receive an email once your piece is ready to ship.
